Foxy Ladies!!!

Lacie here...I've been staring in the mirror a lot lately...um well, more than usual....and not likin' what I'm seein'....nopers....fur looks dull, lifeless and drab...and well...highlights are shot from swimmin'...and well...I DON'T HAVE SPOTS. Nope...none...Asta does....and lookie here....

This is Fergie from Two Special Wires and her totally HOT brother Jake...LOOK AT HER SPOTS....OMD...she's so bootiful!

And TALENTED. Yep...in the art of MAKEUP and MAKEOVERS....she offered to come to our house and do some instruction!!!!! Can ya believe this???? SWEET!!!!!

Stoopid Scruffy said he wasn't havin' girls here...he and Stan were havin' a poker pawty and that they had it on the calendar firstest...so we compromised and HE made out the makeover guest list...he invited all the girlie foxie terriers he knows....FIGURES.....
I invited another Lakie...Toscagirl, to counterbalance all that foxiness...besides...we Lakies are born to organize and somebody had to keep all those foxy ladies in line!

Look at Fergie awaiting the arrival of my rented Purple LIMO to arrive...I only hope that the driver was ok...he looked a lot like my brother Stanley with a cap on(see pic on Asta's bloggie....)...sheeech...ya can't get good help these days.....I hope he got all her luggage...have you ever seen so many totally cool things...she should open up her own Spa!!! And that Cointreau will come in soooo handy!

Now Fergie's been through a lot and isn't used to large groups....she had tucked her tail...and we girlies wanted her to feel welcome...so..well...we tucked ours too!!!! SOLIDARITY...isn't that what DWB's is all about???

Um well...I sorta invited er well TOLD TANNER HE HAD TO COME....that is was sorta a DATE!!!!!!!! Just to well SCARE HIM HALF OUTTA HIS MIND...'cept I don't think it worked...but we'll get to that later....

Meanwhile...we're off for our scheduled MUD BATH.....

Look at Dewey Dewster's mom, Asta Marie tryin' to get rid of this inconsiderate patron who wouldn't vacate the mud bath so we could begin our treatment...

Asta Marie takes no guff from any dog...pretty sure that relentlessly hooge patron got his relentlessly hooge butt kicked by her.....

Tosca and I are in the back...I'm on the right...don't we look alike??? Then from left to right is Agatha, Koobie, Asta, Snickers, Fergie, Sally (who seemed a little jetlagged from her long flight) and the DOOFUS...

Look at Asta...isn't she a scream??....and Tanner...Fergie went nuts workin' on him!!!!! Fergie is applyin' some blushie in this photo...showin' us how to put in on correctly......

This was the best part....we were going to get our spots.....'cept we had a small problem....

Combine Tanner, the blender and an airbrush and ya got issues...major issues!!!!!

Tanner is total Crackerdogs....

After such an amazing day, we girls and well Tanner got into our jamies to tell secrets about the boyz and giggle and well...NOT SLEEP...you're never supposed to sleep at a sleepover!!!!!

See the little Mastiff stuffie I'm holdin' on my lappie??? It was very 'spensive from that New York toy store...it even drools when ya push a button...and even when you don't!!! And look at that adorable Sibe stuffie that Asta has....SO REALISTIC!!!!! It even comes with it's own khomb and shedding fluff...for some reason it's taken a particular aversion to me...harumph.....Look at Sally in the front row with the afghan over her head...you shoulda heard the jokes she told..she's hilarious!!!!! Actually, Sally has some pretty pawfect spots too and I think Tanner totally messed them up...that's why she's under the blanket....poor girlie!

We started hearin' all this racket beside us....yeppers...it was my stoopid brothers...they had invited TONS OF BOYZ for a poker game....I only got one snappie pic before they ran away screechin' like Lakies....

It's Archie...isn't he adorable??????? Wonder where his feet are? OMD...Butchy went around in his plane and picked up about fifty more dogs...Mumsie is not going to be happy about this...we kicked Tanner OUT so he could go play poker....thank heavens Joey brought some hotdogs...those boyz never think of the 'portant stuff...

We ignored them. And it wasn't easy with the racket they were makin'..... my little Mastiff stuffie kept scatchin' at the door....weird, huh....he kept squirmin' in my sleepin' bag too, poor little guy...wonder why....

Now...I had this totally weird dream when I did finally fall asleep around 4AM....we girls were walkin' the runway in New York.....it was our turn to go....look at this totally hot looking girlie before us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She kept sayin' that she had to go and khomb her fluff or somethin'......

Uh Oh....and looooooooook at that other creature walkin' the runway....its a

FOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of a sudden we terrier girls were totally after him...screechin' and snappin' and growlin'....Aggie led the chase and went to ground in someone's 'spensive designer handbaggie; we all followed....I think the fox trashed it......never did get to walk the runway in our new makeovers...

BUT SOME OTHER DOG DID......

SHEEEEEEEESSSSSSSCCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHH....what a doofus!!!!!!!!! And what a dream...

I actually think he enjoyed himself...which was NOT my intention!

Puppies for Mango and Lacie?

Lacie here...I just got done visiting Mango's bloggie...he said he love to have PUPS with me....yeppers...well, that might be a bit loosely translated or somethin'.....(BTW, you hafta look at that movie of him as a pup....he has this collar on that has BLING!!!)

So I was thinkin' what Momma's car would look like on the Running Of The Errands with one of our PUPS in the back of the Mastiff/Terrier Mobile............Perhaps the pups would be known as 'Tiffiers?

Fall's Comin'!!!

We can tell that Fall is right around the corner...for one thing there's mildew in the bottom of our wadin' pool...course I think there's mildew on Stanny's beardie too....

We thought we'd pose in front of the Lazy Susans today for new treats....

We saw a big yellow bus droppin' kids off today, too....yeppers...the kids are back to school....our pears are startin' to drop and we've seen a few leaves changin'....

Scruffy here...see this pic of Lacie we showed ya in one of our last posts...somethin' was botherin' me about it..it looked sooooooo familiar...then it dawned on me....Lacie looks just like:

Gilbert usually does look sorta miserable...not that he is of course...he's blissfully happy with Myrna and the twins...but he just has that LOOK...sorta like he just got hosed like Lacie!

Blender Status; BROKEN!

Bet you dogs think you're lookin' at a PIC OF ME...NOPE!!!! Ya gotta meet Tosca...a new little Lakie girlie on DWB's....I'm thinkin' she's just a pup....I will certainly be instructin' her on HOW TO FLIRT...it's obvious from readin' her brand new bloggie, that she has SASS AND ATTITUDE!!!!!!! Please go and visit and give her a warm welcome; she's brand new and doesn't know too many dogs yet....she's totally adorable!!!!

Speaking of TOTALLY ADORABLE, did you guys know that Miss Fergi's FARFEL has a BLOG NOW??????????? AND I may add if you look in our chatbox, she has given me permission to flirt with her Hunk Of Muffin, though of course I shan't...well, maybe just a little......go and say hi to him too, kay?????

Asta and I broke my blender the night she was here...so I had to resort to using the public water fountain.......

OMD....ASTA CAME TO PITTSBURGH!!!! BUT UM....the pix of us first meetin' and greetin' are on Asta's camera....But we do have these EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS of Myrna and Gilbert coming in with the family to visit TOO!!!!! Puparazzi were everywhere tryin' to get a snap of the new parents with the twins!!

Lookie at them....UM it's not like Gilbert is SHORTER than Myrna...she has these incredibly high stylin' wheels on!!!!! And look how big the twins are getting!!!!
