The Boston Tea Pawty, Part I!

Oh my....oh my....we terriers had planned a group meetup in Boston, Mass A Chew Sits! this weekend...What we had NOOOOOOOOOOOO idea was that a bunch of our peeps were gonna meet there too!!!!!! SHEESCH...

I, Lacie, made all the arrangements for the dogs...we girlies stayed in Agatha's bomb shelter supervised by none other than that famous Wheelie girl from England, Miss Enid. She knows every rule of edd i kit....proper grammar, proper tea, how to curtsy properly in front of the Queen....I um did have my blender there...Miss Enid can do a wicked impersonation of the royal corgi's after she's imbibed in one of my relaxin smoothies...

The boyz stayed at the Marlowe Hotel...Eric had a private suite so that he and his number one puppers, Toffee could have some private time....

You can see that Agatha and Archie have a typical New England lobster dinner cookin' on the stove....Stuffied Lobsters!!!!!
Isn't my Archie ri dick u lous ly HANDSOME....he was smokin' hotter than those lobsters!

A & A were so happy to see us!

Aggie carefully checks the stove so the lobbiesters don't over cook....

They had a little disagreement on how long they should boil
em for....Aggie uses that famous book called "Mastering the Art of Boston Cooking"...it's best NOT to get in her way when she's in the kitchen creating one of her culinary masterpieces....

She looks up expectantly....

Not satisfied, she gets some aire to peruse the lobster stuffies at a closer range.
Done pawfectly....we had a delectable dinner....besides the stuffied lobster, we had roasted corn shanks, clam chowdah, and cornshank bread...oh my, it was delicious....Agatha is an amazing cook!!!!!

Here you can see Puppet Square-faced Eric slurping down one of my smoothies...he emptied that glass...I made a blenderful of cranberry/orange smoothies....very refreshing and totally matched the bootiful Fall colors that we were treated to see on the trees and flowers...Eric was a bit jet lagged and he seemed quite enervated after this dose....

Um...this is a preview for tomorrow's postie...
INTRODUCING the world of FLAT DOGS...
Stay tuned...
Laciegirlie!

Wait a dog gone minute! A&A made dinner for you? Sheesh! AND you went in the bomb shelter? I wish I had known that before I exposed my large and delicate self to the fumes under there.

I never saw Agatha doing that sky thing before. I think you taught her that. Boston will never be the same.

We have missed you so much.
We just got back from Mango's bloggie and couldn't believe what all has been going on at his house.
That tick pick was kinda scary!
I had to cover kitty kitty's eyes on that one.

Had we known, had we known -- all we had going at our house was terminal sadness at the fading glory of our favorite team as they got swept out of Los Angeles and back into the Midwest to ponder the error of their ways.

Our folks had lobster for dinner the other night -- and now that we know there is a recipe for lobster stuffies, we'll be on the lookout!!!

And why didn't you invite the boys over for dinner - sure looks like there were enough lobsters for all?

Agatha needs to get her own cookbook published.

We saw a little of the flatdawgs adventure over at Mango's - can't wait to hear the girls' side of the tale.

I could totally go for some stuffed Lobster right about now. Our AC Is on the fritz (yes its still in the 90s here) Tanner's ear is bugging him and Mom just had an allergic reaction to some thing and her lip sploded.

Actually, skip the lobster, we just need some smoothies.

I'm not really sure how you can introduce the world of flat dogs when you didn't invite my flat brother, who is flatter than flat.

Lacie. First things first. I hope you took notes. I've GOTTA figure out that tail of Aggie's and I'm counting on you to help. She looks absolutely aerodynamic flying up to check out her steaming lobster stuffies. Her tail doesn't even look attached. Is it an extension of some type? Moussed or gelled up? Stickin straight to her back? I'm mean, really, it is the polar opposite of my tail.

Next. Those cranberry/orange smoothies sound like just what we need around here 'bout now. Good for you for serving 'em. (Sorry about the catastrophe - but we figure something like that was pretty predictable.) Would you share your recipe? We could use some enervation on one hand, and some innervation on the other. Hey! Maybe a sip or two'd help to lift my tail! Happy dance!

We knew you'd have fun. And you didn't let us down!

Looking forward to hearing about more
Love ya, Laciegirlie (and your brothers, too)
Fergi (and Jake, of course)
