HA!!! These Labs...can you believe this kid would admit to his dastardly deed? Wouldn't happen in this house. Nope...Best defense is a fabbers offense. Though I do admire his ability to shut his eyes and not look at his hooman.Us do wrong? As did Scruffy really PEE ON THE WALL when Mumsie was at work yesterday? I'd never tell. Now today is our kinda weather...65 degrees...and SUNNY. Yep...and it's about time...We're going for a walkie...Kisses,Lacie
He's a dead giveaway. At least we know to act innocent. Moma rarely knows who's guilty of what (given our rare infractions) unless we're caught in the act. Works every time!
Right now? It's a white out. Snow fell last night and a cloud hangs over us now. Fergs was in heaven romping in the white stuff. All I wanted to do was come back inside and wait till the sun melts it all this afternoon. We're back to 65° tomorrow or the next day.
In the meantime, I'm watching the birds be bullies. Moma put some seed out and it seems there's only enough for two. They have NO sense of guilt.
Tee hee. I am so glad that Gail doesn't react like that when I'm naughty. (Which, of course, is very rarely anyway...)
Toodle pip! Bertie.
PS Thanks for the supplying the weight data. But Lacie? 13 lb? Really.....? I mean I tip the scales at about 16 lb these days and I do not have a reputation for being, well, how to put it, broad about the beam!?
We're sorry we have to disagree. We feel great pity for Denver. That looked more like the beginnings of fear aggression than a confession. Good thing the man let poor Denver escape from the room. Your mom would never inflict stess like that on you; hope you appreciate her.
We havent' seen that video before - (we will have to watch again because mom saw it at work with no sound). WE can see maybe thinking it was the dog, but honestly the damage done to that treat bag looks pretty identical to the damage we do - for the same types of treats too. So we think it isn't 100% guaranteed that a dog did it (but again, not hearing the video we can't tell 100% what is happening).
Poow Denvew He looked sooo guilty and then soo sad when he went to the penalty box..I almost cwied..sheeesh, it was just a tiny bag of tweats, what's the big deal? Labradorks are so transparent. I, of course, have mastered the blank stare. Always leaves them guessing. Pee on the wall? Are we sure we know who the guilty party is? I wouldn't put it past you to lift your little beastie leg.

We have seen that video and we think that lab needs to go to acting school - he needs to learn better ways to express himself.
Glad to hear you got a good day after all that rain.

LOVE YOU GUYS, and I've been missing your faces! Our girl is the stinkin'est lazy good-for-nothing girl EVER, but she's trying to redeem herself.
Just so you know, as funny as that video was, I prefer vids of you kids!
Goober love & smooches,
Stanley (& Stella)
