What are you staring at? I mean, my ears DO get cold...it's freezing here...and we got snow....Before I get into that I want you to know that I had nuthin' to do with the little incident that prompted a US Airways jet to be diverted to the Burgh yesterday when the small 12 pound Manchester (NOT LAKELAND) terrier um got let out of her carrier, bit the guy next to the elderly lady who owns her, then ran up and down the aisles of the plane screeching and um bit the stewardess...
The plane was flyin' from Newark to Phoenix...yes, I KNOW I was in New York this weekend, but I flew my broom up as usual...now why US Airways thought they had to divert the plane to Pittsburgh and bring the sheriffs aboard to remove the screeching, but captured terrier and the 89 year old lady, I'm not sure...they said she barely broke the skin. Now Mumsie says we aren't earnin' our kibble, so lookie what we have to do now....SHOVEL THE DRIVEWAY.
Sheesch...I adore attacking her shovel when she actually gets off her butt to go and perform snow removal....but this??? I will so break a nail....

I am big on helpin my mom and dad with stuffs around the house... butt shovelin is really hard work and it IS FREEZING out there.
Glad to see Lacie made it home safely from NYC, and without provoking an international incident.
Thanks for the update on the little Manchester terrier. We saw the story on our news, but they didn't say what happened to the little dog. We had horrible visions of it being sent to doggie prison awaiting termination. We're glad the doggie & her human got to their destination safely. Maybe the lady should fly her pup back on the all pet airline, though, to be safe.
We don't shovel snow, but we run around on it and mash it down so it's real compact. Practically the same thing.

We are glad that Remington's attempts at snow diversion worked, but we want Mumsie to know that they were supposed to send it to KHYRA, so it is really not our fault that his aim was off by a bit.
And we knew it wasn't you on the US Air flight, because no one would EVER think Mumsie looks 89.

Would you believe minus 15 - we have icicles hanging from places no dog should have icicles hanging from.
We loved the story about that terrier on the plane - these stories tend to amuse us although we guess a lot of humans would have been less than amused.
We accept it wasn't you Lacie but it just had to be a distant cousin of yours.
You all look kinda cute out there shovelling the snow - we could use some help - our humans aren't keeping up at all.

She makes you shovel the driveway!!!! That's animal cruelty!! We can just all run up and down the driveway and the snow gets packed down so that shovels aren't needed. Tell your Mom we can all come help , but she'll need to feed us and we eat a whole lot. After all there are ten of us. Much love.
