Hell on Wheels Freezes Over!!! Wheelie Wednesday, Part 2...

OH MY!!! If you haven't read Seymour's post from this morning....Gilbert and Myrna um....ARE CLIMBIN' EVEREST!!! Like the mountain....I JUST received these pix on my Pink Pearl Blackberry!!! Here's a pic of them at Base Camp. Gilbert said they had to bring Myrna back down several days ago cuz she developed Altitude Sickess. (The Boyz here say I have Attitude Sickness, but I beg to differ. Sniff.)
Evidently, Myrna's blood er whatever...hadn't acclimatized and she developed Pool Mun Airey EE Dema....that's bad stuff with your lungs. She had been tryin' to ascend too quickly without supplemental oxygen..... They rehydrated her and gave her lots of filled waterbowls to drink....

Then they were ready!!!
Can you believe they are wheelin' up Everest on their own power. I mean it looks like they're tied to the ropes and bein' dragged up...but Gilbert assures me they have special snow wheels attached and they are climbin' with the best of them!!!!!!!

After overnight stays at Camps Two, Three and Four, Gilbert and Myrna go for the Summit Attempt....I can't believe Myrna has Gilbert on a Gentle Leader. I think that Wheeled Foxy has some control issues. She learns well. Look at that view!!!!!!
Now the fun begins!!!!

Have you ever???? I mean look at these Wheelie tiremarks.....sorta looks like they were smokin' some illegal substance to make these tracks.I bet they think they're in wheel down from the highest point on Earth!!!!!

Look at em go...Asta is gonna kill Myrna for not havin' her parka on. Funny....Gilbert said it was impossible not to be a gentleman in the tent with Myrna cuz of all that Gortex (ie no canoodling...)but um they seem to be wheelin' down Everest nekkid as jaybirds.....WHEEE!!!
Wheelies have all the fun!!!!!
Shivery barks,

this is pretty wild stuff. we are sure that these are the first two wheelies, if not the first two stuffies to ever climb Mt. Everest. it looks like the trip down was a lot of fun.

Did they plant a wheelie flag on top of Everest?? First ever wheelies to climb to the top and all that!! Good on them, they must be very fit.

Hugs and tail wags
ps. lacie I'm looking forward to our campout in my new kennel but we'll have to run an extention lead for the blender.

Oh my..we are glad to see that they were successful in their attempt to scale EVEREST, and we are sure the summit will never be the same.

My, that is just amazing! You never know what these wheelies are up to. I hope that they don't catch cold up there without their coats on. They must have had a terrific ride coming down! Wait 'til they get home! They'll never stop talkin'

You are so adventerous. Glad Myrna recovered. I'm guessing she was just being a bold wheelie. Maybe helmets would have been in order for the trip down.

Tell Sullivan I would be honored to sit next to him on the twip to Australia, hee, hee, I'm blushing.
Myrna and Gilbert yeah, they sore are a coot pair. Mt. Ever est is sooo high ups I woulds be so scared, unless Sullivan was there. hee, hee.

Just been over to see Asta to console her. Put Gilbert in the naughty corner when he gets home and maybe confiscate his wheelies for a whilee when he gets home?

Myrna has her scarf on- it it will have a drag effect and slow her down on her descent down from the summit - or did they use it instead of a flag to plant at the top??

Oh our wheelies are going mad over here. They are so jealous. They want to climb the mountain too. They thought they were having fun just wheelin' down the stream bridge. Now they are begging Mama to take them on a snow ski trip so they can wheel down the snow on the mountains, in their wheely dreams! We hope Gilbert & Myrna return safely.
Luv & Wirey Hugs!
