It requires lots of practice. I'm rather partial to Earl Grey myself as I have a rather sophisticated palate. And digestive biscuits are ALWAYS required to dunk in the tea. Only one dunk though or they crumble up and drop to the bottom of the cup. See, I told you it was complicated! English people boil water and then fill up a teapot. Yes, a teapot. then you toss the water, and reboil the water. The idea is to warm the teapot first you see. Then you fill it up again and drop real tea leaves (not baggies) in a little contraption that dips into the teapot. Then you cover it with a tea cosy and let it brew. Then you have your tea. Complex, huh?

Digestives are very delish says Mother. She also recommends you make Jax some marmite sandwiches. All English dogs or colonial dogs like me LOVE Marmite (www.marmite.com). Most Americans HATE HATE HATE it. I'm sure J1 and J2 love it like my Mom does and as a result, Jax loves it too. It's very healthy and full of vitamins.

Good luck Lacie, I know you can do it!!!

AxDaniellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08782736126243526403noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8074816951141805810.post-56366022478477600132008-08-14T23:08:00.000-04:002008-08-14T23:08:00.000-04:00Oh dear, I only know how to drink tea out of Mommy...Oh dear, I only know how to drink tea out of Mommy's cup - I don't know how to make it!
